At AR Essence, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch to ensure your fragrances reach you safely and in proper condition.

Returns

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance products, AR Essence does not accept general returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

Change of mind
Dislike of the fragrance or scent
Ordering the wrong fragrance
Personal fragrance preference
Products that have been opened, sprayed, used, or tampered with

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy does not affect any rights available to customers under applicable Indian consumer law.

Damaged, Leaking, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact AR Essence as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order number, clear photos or videos showing the issue, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief explanation of the problem.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, AR Essence may provide a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Please keep the product and its original packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by AR Essence or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact AR Essence as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Undeliverable or Refused Orders

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal of delivery without a valid reason, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

Outside Mumbai: ₹100 Flat Shipping

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
