Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

By visiting our website, browsing our products, placing an order, purchasing a product, creating an account, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on our website.

Online Store Terms

By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase transaction under applicable law or that you are using the Services with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our products or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose.

Products and Fragrances

AR Essence offers fragrance and related products through our online store.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, the appearance of products may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, packaging updates, manufacturing variations, screen settings, device displays, and other factors.

Product images are intended to represent the products as accurately as reasonably possible but may not always perfectly represent the physical appearance of an item.

Fragrance perception is subjective. The way a fragrance smells or performs may differ from person to person due to individual preference, environment, application, skin chemistry, storage, and other factors.

A customer's personal dislike of a fragrance does not by itself mean that the product is defective.

Please review product information carefully before placing an order.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Products displayed on our website may become unavailable, sell out, or be discontinued without prior notice.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products available for purchase where reasonably necessary.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve that product.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact you regarding an alternative solution or cancel and refund the affected product or order as appropriate.

Prices

Product prices are displayed on the AR Essence website.

Prices may be changed from time to time without prior notice. A price change will generally not affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed, except where correction is necessary due to an obvious pricing or technical error and permitted by applicable law.

Any applicable shipping charges, discounts, taxes, or other charges will be displayed where appropriate during the purchasing or checkout process.

Promotional prices and discounts may be available for limited periods and may be subject to additional conditions.

Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that AR Essence is required to accept or fulfill the order.

After an order is submitted, we may review the order for payment confirmation, product availability, shipping information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other legitimate operational concerns.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, technical errors, inaccurate customer information, abuse of promotions, or other legitimate reasons.

If we cancel an order after receiving a successful payment, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our refund procedures and applicable law.

Order Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

This includes your name, delivery address, billing information where applicable, and any other information reasonably required to process and deliver your order.

Please review your information carefully before submitting an order.

If you discover an error after placing an order, you should contact AR Essence as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that shipping or order information can be changed after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or dispatch.

AR Essence is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

Payments

Payment for orders must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

AR Essence may receive transaction information such as payment status, transaction confirmation, payment method, and other information required to manage an order.

Payment providers may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, security requirements, and applicable laws.

If a payment fails, is declined, reversed, flagged, or cannot be verified, the associated order may not be processed or may be cancelled.

Shipping

AR Essence currently offers free shipping for eligible orders delivered within Mumbai.

Mumbai Orders: ₹0 shipping.

Orders Outside Mumbai: ₹100 flat shipping charge.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping charges, methods, coverage areas, and promotional shipping offers may be changed in the future. Any applicable charge for a particular order will be shown during checkout before the order is completed.

Delivery

Any delivery timeframe displayed or communicated by AR Essence is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Actual delivery times may be affected by the customer's location, courier or postal operations, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, operational delays, incorrect addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and dispatch orders appropriately, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Once a shipment is transferred to the applicable delivery provider, delivery may also be subject to that provider's operational procedures.

Failed or Undeliverable Orders

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and being reasonably available to receive their orders.

An order may be returned to us if the delivery provider cannot successfully deliver it because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, or another delivery issue.

If an order needs to be shipped again because of circumstances attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance products, AR Essence generally does not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind, dislikes a fragrance, orders the wrong fragrance, or has a different personal fragrance preference.

Products that have been opened, sprayed, used, altered, or tampered with may not be eligible for a general return or exchange.

Any returns, replacements, or refunds will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Damaged, Leaking, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact AR Essence as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request reasonable evidence, including your order information, photographs or videos of the affected product, photographs of the packaging, and a description of the problem.

Please retain the affected product and original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

If the claim is verified, AR Essence may provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

After a refund has been initiated, the time required for the funds to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by AR Essence or a refund of those charges is otherwise required under applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Customers should contact AR Essence as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

An order may generally be cancelled only before it has been dispatched or entered a stage of fulfillment where cancellation is no longer reasonably possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available.

AR Essence may also cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, technical errors, or incorrect order information.

Discounts and Promotional Offers

AR Essence may occasionally provide discount codes, promotional offers, special pricing, bundles, or other promotions.

Promotions may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum order values, product restrictions, usage limits, or other conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot necessarily be combined.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel the use of a promotion where we reasonably determine that the promotion has been misused, manipulated, obtained fraudulently, or used contrary to its stated conditions.
